Returns policy and Restocking
**15 percent fee on cancelations and restocking due to non-refundable Shopify and Marketing fees**
Angry Minnow Honors a "30" Day Exchange or refund on regular priced non-sale items from the date of purchase if you are not "100" Percent satisfied with your purchase. Returns are at Buyers expense unless verbally agreed upon in person or by phone by a manager.
Goods must be in "original" condition and not worn, washed or damaged. Angry Minnow reserves the right to cancel refund if the product is not returned in the same condition "originally" when purchased. Goods will not be refunded if the household environment has pets and smoking damage fur or other un-natural damage.
Product must be exchange or returned for a refund with proof of the original receipt. Please keep a receipt or copy of your credit/debit card statement.
*Customer is responsible for returned items shipping fees.
Buyer accepts responsibility for shipping costs on an exchange of an item if applicable upon an exchange buyer excepts shipping costs.
Angry Minnow does not take responsibility for lost or damaged goods with USPS. We will do everything in our power to help track your package. If package does not arrive please check with neighbors, family members and call your local postmaster at the USPS location. Once package is shipped Angry Minnow has no control of routing and or delays from the USPS. Please note! If you live in an Apartment or Condominium ask your post office to have your packages picked up. Angry Minnow Vintage is not responsible for theft or any such form of lost, stolen or damaged goods.
Buyer accepts full responsibility after shipping and Delivery Conformation on Tracking from USPS.

*if the product smells like Smoke we reserve the right to not issue a refund.
* Please Read Measurements carefully, it is suggested if unsure to call the store and talk with a manager before purchase, distressed flannels run smaller.
Athletic and Tall Clients Please read the measurements and please call for any questions we are here to help and we want your experience to be both enjoyable and rewarding, AMV again asks if in doubt on a flannel or shirt purchase please do not EMAIL questions on sizing Please call to ensure a proper fit. We will always be happy to exchange an item at our low shipping rates.
If Angry Minnow Sends wrong size or wrong item we always take 100% responsibility at no charge and no restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for measurements again please call shop manager if not sure.
*All goods must be in Original Condition, Washing, Drying are considered refund null and void.

Angry Minnow offers a Full refund to the Client upon returns in original condition. Angry Minnow Does NOT pay for return shipping on an exchange, unless agreed upon by management. We include a 15% restocking fee as this is what Shopify charges us.
If orders are cancelled and not exchanged for different size or product then there will be a 15% restocking fee. Any orders over $1 will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Canceled orders! There is a 3% cancelation fee on purchase price. This is to recover our Shopify fees. These are non refundable fee's when order is placed that Shopify DOES NOT Reimburse!.
